Excellent, compact book that will inform cancer patients how to live longer and happier. Drs. Hickey and Roberts describe how normal cells change to become cancer and how antioxidants, especially vitamin C and natural alpha lipoic acid, can kill cancer. They detail several regimens for various stages of cancer using a low-sugar diet, oral supplements of vitamins C & D, lipoic acid, selenium, magnesium and copper. For intensive therapy, IV vitamin C and vitamin K3 can be added. Their regimens may reduce the amount of chemotherapy needed, or, hopefully, eliminate it entirely.
As a ten year survivor of aggressive cancer, I used a similar therapy to obtain complete remission. I never needed nor had surgery, chemotherapy or radiation of any kind.
Buy the book--highly recommended.

I believe that this book is one of the most important books written this decade. If it is true, this offers millions of people hope in their dark battle against deadly cancer.
I have researched alternative cancer treatments on web for four years and this is the best information I have found.

I read this book with interest since I am a cancer survivor of two different primary site cancers which were both stage 4. I combined alternative and conventional therapies and am happily alive and thriving. I do still have two very small spots in my right lung but am currently taking intravenous vitamin C and K3 together with oral R-alpha lipoic acid. Hopefully next time I go to Mayo clinic, the tumors will have shrunk. My alternative physician (not at Mayo) took the book out of my hands when I asked him a question about liposomal vitamin C. He said that he wanted to read it because it is difficult to get the latest on alternative therapies (you know that pharmaceutical reps are always around trying to promote their products but nothing for alternative medicines). Somehow I don't think I will get it back but the knowledge is better in his hands than mine because he can use it for other patients.
